Looking to get an early start on your summer academic career? Virginia University of Lynchburg is offering a Summer Fast Track Program.
This program is designed to prepare college freshmen students for academic success and to give incoming transfer students the opportunity to advance their academic standing.
The cost of Summer Fast Track may be covered in full ($3,697.00) by federal financial aid (Pell Grant) for those who qualify.
Students must complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA at studentaid.gov using VUL's school code 003762 in order to determine eligibility
and before being accepted.
**Total program cost of $3,697.00 covers tuition.
Students can earn up to 10 semester credit hours. Freshmen will be offered Enrichment English, Vocabulary Building, Math, College Orientation, Learning Plus, Life Choices/Health/Wellness, and Curriculum Development. Transfer students will be offered the following additional classes to choose from: Human Anatomy, Principles of Economics, Introduction to Philosophy, Introduction to Sociology, and Public Speaking.
Students can also tryout for Band and Sports during the Fast Track Program. Sports offered include Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Basketball (Men & Women), and Track & Field (Men & Women).
